Welcome to CFPanel. Before downloading, installing, or using the CFPanel application, please read these Terms of Service carefully. By using this software, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Software & Service Description

CFPanel is a local third-party client tool designed to manage Cloudflare assets on iOS. It is developed independently and is not affiliated, authorized, or endorsed by Cloudflare, Inc. The app only provides a graphical mobile user interface to communicate directly with your Cloudflare account resources.

2. Use Conditions & Account Security

You must obtain API tokens from the Cloudflare website to use the application. CFPanel and its developer are not responsible for any security incidents, credential leaks, or data breaches resulting from device loss, jailbreaking, sharing tokens, or physical interception. You are solely responsible for keeping your device and tokens safe.

3. Disclaimers (Extremely Important)

This software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the developer be liable for any claims, damages, or losses (including but not limited to site downtime due to wrong DNS records configuration, database records loss in KV, or R2 file deletion) arising from or in connection with using this tool. Please double-check your write commands before executing.

4. Pricing & Ads

CFPanel is completely free for all users. We do not charge any subscription fees, display ad banners, or implement paywalls. This tool is built entirely as a tribute to Cloudflare's developer ecosystem.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiations.

6. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted directly to this web page and take effect immediately upon publication.
